The Best Customer Experience award recognises a company delivering a consistent brand experience to UK SMEs, challenging behaviours and assumptions of business lending. Measures taken into account include: service standards, net promoter score, customer surveys and feedback.

All Finalists will be charged an Entry Fee: for entries received by April 17 entrants will be invoiced for £195+VAT, entries received after this date up until the entry deadline on June 10 will be invoiced £225+VAT (invoices will be issued in June).
