Parkwalk

Parkwalk won the EIS Association ‘Best Exit of 2014‘ award in February 2015, and has been named by both Crunchbase and Ascendant as one of the UK’s top 10 most active technology investors in 2014.

Parkwalk invests in high-growth companies, with a focus on technology and innovation primarily developed in UK universities.

The Parkwalk Technology Funds seek capital appreciation, with the added advantage to investors of the tax reliefs provided by the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).

Each Parkwalk Fund invests in a minimum of five companies, and investee companies range across the growth curve from early stage through to AIM-listed, creating a diverse portfolio of sectors and business development stages, with capital raised used for development, commercialisation and expansion through to acquisition capital.

The portfolio companies have raised over £350m between them since 2010. They have over 600 patents protecting their technology, giving them freedom to operate in their fields.

The investment team have substantial history in investment banking and bring that experience to the EIS space offering investors unique access to deal-flow across the growth curve of company development.

The Parkwalk Technology Funds, including the University of Cambridge Enterprise Funds and the University of Oxford Isis Funds, allow investors access to some of the world’s highest calibre discoveries and IP.

All of Parkwalk’s fully-invested Funds are currently valued at a premium to original investment cost.
