Having worked in the tax efficient sector for a combined 30 years, Christian Elmes and Martin Sherwood co-founded Enterprise Investment Partners LLP (Enterprise) in 2011 to provide exceptional tax efficient investments to intermediaries and private clients.

Our Approach

Our approach is simple: transparency, quality and full service. We specialise in three areas: the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Business Property Relief (BPR). We only work with high-calibre asset managers and management teams to provide quality investment opportunities for our investors.

One important difference of our service is our long commitment to tax efficient investing as a co-founder and board member of the EIS Association (EISA), through to launching the first Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) in 1995.
