The idea for It’s All Good was to set up a highly innovative snack business against a backdrop of sector consolidation, with product groups not present in the UK market (premium tortilla chips and pitta chips), and be totally focussed on great products. The premium brand, Manomasa, is the centrepiece, the expert.Calum has overseen the growth of It’s All Good from a standing start, to a £25m business in under 5 years; the business employees 200+ personnel and has undergone several major capital investment phases. The Manomasa brand is growing at 100%+ per annum and new products have been added to the portfolio, such as rice cakes, bean chips, and other flatbread chips.
